How it works:
In the checkout process, in the field add message to seller (or after you checkout use the contact seller feature) with the following:
Your iPhones' IMEI 15 digit Number without any spaces
Get the IMEI from your iPhone using:
a. Settings>General>About
b. press *#06# on your phone keypad then send
(make sure to review the number before you send it. If you sent a wrong number and it was processed, I'll not be able to issue a refund for that)

Again, NO REFUND IF YOU SEND A WRONG IMEI Number

Once, your Unlock process begins, the item will be marked as shipped.
When the Unlock is done, you will receive notice from us
and hence you will need to follow the following procedure:
Instructions on how to Activate the Unlock:
Once you receive our email (indicating that your iPhone is unlocked,) you need to do the following:
1. Connect phone to iTunes with non-AT&T (not valid) sim card
2. Wait until itunes detect phone (and probably will give an error message).
3. Now disconnect phone and reconnect after 10 seconds.
4. Phone Unlocked.
That was the fastest and easiest way but might not work with some phones.
You can also try one of these methods:
A- Simplest way:
1- Connect your iPhone to a Computer with internet connection and the most recent version of iTunes.
2- Backup and restore your iPhone.
3- After Restoring, the iPhone will be UNLOCKED!
B- Simple Way:
- Just insert the Non-AT&T card into your phone Then reset the network settings and the phone will restart. Turn off the phone one more time and turn it on again and it will pick up the new carrier signal. After this your phone will work fine but you will need to connect it anytime latter to iTunes to get the complete updates to the unlock (You can do this also after regular data backup using iTunes and restore)
C- Regular Way:
1- Connect your iPhone to a Computer with internet connection and the most recent version of iTunes.
2- Backup and restore your iPhone then insert the Non-AT&T SIM card..
3- It should automatically detect the new network. If it does not please go to Settings > General > Reset > Reset Network settings. It will take about 30 seconds. It might NOT show on Itunes that the phone is unlocked. You will see the phone Searching for signal. The phone might try to activate so make sure it is connected to a WiFi and wait until the searching process ends, if it did not pick the signal yet, turn off the phone then turn it on again. If it does not, please do a Restore and restart the phone.After Restoring, the iPhone will be UNLOCKED!
4- After Restoring, the iPhone will be permanently UNLOCKED!
Please, contact me if you have any issue finalizing your unlock using the iTunes. Most of the times, customers do not do the right procedure in iTunes and they think that their iPhone did not unlock.
- You might need to contact your service provider to get the right network information for the MMS.

REFUND Policy / Guarantee
· In the event that your code is Not found your payment will be refunded.
PLEASE CONTACT US if the code you are given does not work. Refunds will not be given for any codes without video proof. Video must include the insertion of the sim card, showing the IMEI, and showing the message "code error". "Not Allowed" or "Cannot Undo Restriction". Sorry this may sound harsh however there are a large number of Scam Artists on eBay. We will report any transgressors to eBay immediately.
*Orders will not be refunded if the phone has previously been blacklisted, reported lost or stolen.
Refund Policy: [Some of the following is repeated with rephrasing because some customer do not get it and end up giving negative feedback! Sorry!]
- Service can not be stopped once it is started, so you can not request to cancel the order once you placed it.
- If, for any reason, there was a delay you have to wait until the process is done and if the unlock was rejected you will get your money back!(FULL REFUND!)
- Again, we can not issue a refund before the process is complete! If you are not willing to wait, please do not order!
- No refund if you can not wait for the unlock results. Again, if you are not willing to wait and communicate, please DO NOT ORDER.
- If you report that your iPhone in not unlocked after we unlocked it, we will try to verify it from our side and this might take a period of time similar or longer to the above processing time. In this case, you have to wait until the verification process completes. If you do not agree with the results, you will need to provide a video proof showing the details of the claim and the phone IMEI. An investigation period 1-7 days will follow and the decision will be made based on all the available facts. You might be requested to buy a third party check to prove your claim.
- No refund if the submitted iPhone is rejected because it is not matching the conditions mentioned in this listing.
- If refund is issued for some exceptional cases, a restocking/processing fees (max 10% of the sale) will be deducted from the refund.
- No refund if your iPhone is iCloud locked or was jailbroken and has baseband issues.
